The long road back to fitness

2024 is going to be a watershed moment for me, after a good few years of substandard fitness and a lack of proper running, this year is going to mark my return to running as my primary type of fitness. I’ve taken the bold step of selling my TT bike which signals the end of triathlon; there will still be some cycling on the agenda, but running will be the focus.

To this end, I’ve entered the Atlantic Coast Challenge and along with my good mate, Giles, we are going to be heading south in October to give it a crack. The plan between now and then is to run, run and run! Wish us good luck and an injury free prep!
